About Bra Sizing
Wearing the correct bra size is important for comfort and support. Measure your underbust (band) and overbust (bust) to find your size.
How to Measure
- Band: Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape snug and level.
- Bust: Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape loose enough to breathe but not sagging.
Sister Sizes
If the cup feels too small, go up a cup and down a band (e.g., 34C → 32D). If the band feels too tight, go up a band and down a cup (e.g., 34C → 36B).
Sizing Systems
- US/UK: Uses inches. Band sizes are even numbers (30, 32, 34). Cups go AA, A, B, C, D, DD, etc.
- EU/International: Uses centimeters. Band sizes are in 5cm increments (65, 70, 75). Cups are standard (A, B, C, D, E).
