Assumptions
- Standard work week is Monday to Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend days.
- Public holidays are not automatically excluded (manual adjustment may be needed).
Notes
- The start date is included in the count.
- The end date is included in the count.
Example
If you start on Friday and end on the following Monday, the total span is 4 days (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon), but the working days are 2 (Fri, Mon).
