About Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

How to Use

  1. Choose a task to be accomplished.
  2. Set the Pomodoro timer to 25 minutes (Work).
  3. Work on the task until the timer rings.
  4. Take a short break (5 minutes).
  5. Every 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15 minutes).

Benefits

  • Improves focus and concentration.
  • Prevents mental fatigue with regular breaks.
  • Helps track time spent on tasks.
  • Reduces the feeling of burnout.
