About Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
How to Use
- Choose a task to be accomplished.
- Set the Pomodoro timer to 25 minutes (Work).
- Work on the task until the timer rings.
- Take a short break (5 minutes).
- Every 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15 minutes).
